Midori Nakajima was born in Osaka in 1990.

She studied philosophy at Doshisha University in Kyoto.

After graduating the university,she worked at an apparel maker for a few years.

When she was 24,she quit her job and then she moved to Tokyo for studying Illustration.

Now, she is an artist as well as illustrator based in Tokyo.She prefer to draw draw girls.

Her style is “Girly and unsettled”.

The reason why she mainly draw girls is she feel they are close to her existence.

She can express mood more deeply.

And she wants to draw true expressions of girls.

The deckchair slings are made from very hard wearing canvas polyester sail cloth, and printed using state-of-the-art technology.

The deckchairs have a cross-section of 22mm x 47mm providing far greater strength.

Slings are printed and assembled in the UK using FSC sustainably sourced beech hardwood.
